All live items are shipped via Fedex through Priority Overnight Service and usually arrive by 10:30am EST (12:00 PM on Saturdays). Certain remote areas are delivered later in the day. We use specific packing materials necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your coral. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send a very clear digital photo within 1 hour of delivery. We may ask for you to ship back the deceased animal, so please do not dispose of it. Once we receive the digital photo, and we receive the deceased coral (if applicable), we will issue a store credit. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds, we only give credit toward future orders.
DropoffCorals.com cannot be held responsible for mechanical, weather, or other types of delays that may cause your Fedex shipment to arrive beyond the guaranteed time provided by Fedex. We closely monitor weather and other types of conditions across the country and will hold off on shipping if there may be delays.
Our goal is to deliver high quality pest free corals to your home reef. Below is our extensive dipping process for all incoming corals:

Step 2: 15 minute dip in Coral Revive and Flatworm exit with circulation pump
Step 3: RO swirl for each coral
Step 4: Physical inspection of each piece under high lighting scrubbing skeleton of anything questionable
Step 5: Fresh saltwater swirl of each piece
Step 6: One last physical inspection of each piece and place in tank
While we do everything we can to ensure delivery of pest free coral, we highly recommend all customers perform their own dipping process as well as well as a quarantine tanks for new corals.
