Local Curb Side Pickup Available
All corals are shipped via UPS Next Day Air and usually arrive by 10:30 am (12:00 PM on Saturdays). Certain remote areas are delivered later in the day. Corals are packed in our custom coral jars, wrapped in thermal insulation, and packed inside Uline insulated coolers with specific packaging materials to ensure the safe arrival of your coral. No homemade boxes here.
DropoffCorals.com removes the risk from online coral purchasing by covering all shipments through delivery regardless of any delays beyond our control caused by UPS. Our professional packaging can withstand up to 48 hours and in some cases, even longer.
In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send a very clear digital photo within 1 hour of delivery. Once we receive the digital photo, we will issue a store credit including any allocated amount paid towards shipping. We do not offer refunds, we only give credit toward future orders. We closely monitor weather and other types of conditions across the country and will hold off on shipping if there may be delays.
